Bernie Fratto has been speaking to audiences for almost 20 years. His presentations are humorous, informational, thought provoking and very motivational! His passion and sincerity enables him to connect with groups of virtually any background. He's been the keynote speaker for corporate functions, chamber of commerce meetings, award ceremonies, athletic banquets, and was also featured at the University of Michigan's Ross Ivey Business School conference in January 2006.

He's a gifted writer and his work has appeared in such places as Real Detroit Weekly, ESPN Radio, Town Magazine, Sports Illustrated and Detroit Tigers Publications just to name a few. Additionally, his weekly sports column, "Inside the Frattohouse" has been immensely popular on the www.novi.org website for over 6 years.

As such, Bernie understands the importance of properly packaging his material and entertaining his audience while delivering pertinent information.

He is an expert in sales training and team-building and he believes there is greatness in everyone.

The greatness comes when people care more than others think is wise, risk more than others think is sage, they dream more than others think is practical and they expect more than others think is possible.

And, as a former baseball player and member of the Minor League Baseball Alumni Association, he believes strongly in the life lessons sports teach, and he believes we can apply them in our daily lives as we play to win in the game of life. In Bernie's opinion, everyone can be a winner in the Game of Life.

"Playing to Win in the Game of Life" encourages people to reset their paradigm and formulate thought that allows the proper winning attitude to develop as they endeavor to win in the game of life.

Bernie Fratto holds degrees in Communications and Public Relations/Journalism from California State University at Fullerton, and in 1992 he was highlighted in the Marquis publication, "Who's Who in the West."
